About Us

Enigma International T/A Enigma Padel offers world‑class indoor padel courts manufactured by leading padel court manufacturers Padel Galis.
The galvanised metallic structures of our padel courts provide maximum quality, and our MONDO turf is made exclusively for padel and used during the World Padel Tours, with tempered glass according to the standards of the International Padel Federation.

Use of Facilities / Clubs

Admission to the property and facilities is reserved.

By participating on Enigma Padel’s indoor courts, you understand the contact nature of the sport and understand the risks associated therewith.

Any person entering the facility (“the property”) and/or utilising any of the facilities on the property (“facilities”) shall do so entirely at their own risk.
Neither Enigma Padel, the shareholders nor operators of the property and facilities or any of their directors, insurers, prescribed officers or employees shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including bodily injury, sickness, disease or death), accidental or otherwise, or any other loss of any kind suffered by any person arising from the use of the property and/or facilities.
Users agree to indemnify the aforesaid parties against any liabilities or losses incurred in connection with the use of the property and facilities.

Use of Online Website

You may only use this site to browse the content and make legitimate purchases.
You shall not use this site for any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase.

Refunds / Returns Policy

Should you wish to cancel an online purchase, a 15% handling fee may apply.
Goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Enigma Padel endeavours to offer competitive pricing on products and merchandise.
Prices may change without notice.
If the price of a product is reduced within 10 working days after shipment, customers may request a refund of the price difference within 14 days.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Your contact and order details may be stored securely for your convenience when placing future orders.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Customers may select EFT during checkout.
When making payment please use the order number as reference to ensure correct allocation of funds.

Direct Deposit

Customers may also make direct deposits at their bank branch.
Proof of payment should be emailed to play@enigmapadel.co.za for order processing.

All credit card transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology through secure payment gateways.
Enigma Padel does not store or have access to customer credit card details.
